The Beacon Blade has quickly become a favorite and it has only been out a very short time.  The Beacon Blade is a smaller version of my Alaska Magmum blade.  It is 2 1/4 inches from top to tip and 1 1/2 inches wide.  Because it is stamped from heavy .025" gauge brass, it is a substantial blade even though its stature is smaller than the Alaska Magnum or the #7 FB series blade series.  I am using this blade as the mainstay for my new Alaska River Series spinners which includes a number of double sided and side slice pattern blades.  This blade is a real "do it all" blade as it will troll well at various speeds and is a killer for the downstream troll or anchoring in the river fisheries.
